Terms & Conditions

1. Registration & Tickets

All registrations are subject to availability. Ticket prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Registrations are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the organisers. Misrepresentation of attendee category (e.g., claiming student status without valid ID) will result in cancellation without refund.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations made 15–29 days before are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the event. In the case of event cancellation by the organisers, full refunds will be provided.

3. Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will result in immediate removal from the event without refund. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual.

4. Photography & Recording

The conference may be photographed, filmed, and recorded. By attending, you consent to your likeness being captured in general crowd photography and video footage used for promotional purposes. Individual photography of attendees for commercial purposes requires prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

Speaker presentations and content remain the intellectual property of the respective speakers. Attendees may not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without the speaker's explicit written permission.

6. Liability

The organisers are not liable for loss, damage, injury, or theft of property at the event venue. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. The organisers' liability shall be limited to the ticket price paid in all circumstances.

7. Force Majeure

The organisers reserve the right to alter, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, or public health emergencies). In such cases, registrants will be offered a transfer to the rescheduled event or a credit for future events.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
