How do I register for AI Conference India 2026?

Click 'Register Now' on the homepage or visit /register. Select your ticket category, fill in your details, and complete the form. You'll receive a confirmation email with your ticket number.

What ticket types are available?

We offer Early Bird (₹2,999), Standard (₹6,999), Pro Pass (₹12,999), VIP (₹25,000), Founder Pass (₹8,999), and Student Pass (₹999).

Is there group or corporate pricing?

Yes! For groups of 5 or more, please email tickets@aiconferenceindia.com for special corporate rates.

How do I get a student discount?

Select 'Student Pass' during registration. You will be asked to carry a valid student ID on event day for verification.

How do I apply to speak?

Visit /speakers/apply to submit your speaker application. Fill in your session title, abstract, preferred track, and bio. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

What is the Call for Proposals deadline?

The CFP closes on July 31, 2026. Early submissions are prioritised. We recommend applying before June 30 for the best chances.

Do speakers get free passes?

Yes. All confirmed speakers receive complimentary conference passes, access to VIP networking, and a speaker dinner.

How do I book an exhibition booth?

Visit /expo to view available booths across Zones A–D at HICC. Select a booth and complete the booking form. Our expo team confirms within 24 hours.

What booth zones are available?

Zone A: Startup Pods (2x2m, from ₹75,000). Zone B: Growth Booths (6x3m, from ₹5,00,000). Zone C: Premium Booths (9x3m, from ₹10,00,000). Zone D: Pavilions (custom, from ₹25,00,000).

How do I become a sponsor?

Visit /sponsors/apply or email sponsors@aiconferenceindia.com. We offer Title, Platinum, Gold, Silver, and various category sponsorships.

Where is the venue?

HICC — Hyderabad International Convention Centre, Novotel Junction, HICC Complex, Kondapur, Hyderabad 500084.

How do I get to HICC?

Take the Hyderabad Metro Blue Line to Hitec City Station, then a 10-minute auto/taxi. From the airport it is approximately 35 minutes by Ola or Uber.

What are the event timings?

Day 1 (Sep 12): 9am–9pm. Day 2 (Sep 13): 9am–10pm (includes networking dinner). Day 3 (Sep 14): 9am–8pm (includes awards ceremony).

Will sessions be recorded?

Select keynote and plenary sessions will be recorded. Registered attendees will receive access to recordings after the event.

How does the Startup Showcase work?

Apply at /startups. Shortlisted startups get a 5-minute pitch slot on the main stage and a booth in Zone A. Judges include top VCs and enterprise leaders.

What stage of startups can apply?

All stages are welcome — from pre-seed to Series B. We particularly look for AI-first companies addressing Indian or global challenges.

Are there prizes?

Yes! Awards include Best AI Startup of the Year, Best Deeptech, Best AI for Social Good, and an audience choice award. Winners receive cash prizes and mentorship credits.
