When you register for AI Conference India 2026 ("ACI 2026"), apply to speak, book an exhibition booth, or apply for the startup showcase, we collect the information you provide directly. This includes your name, email address, phone number, organisation, job title, LinkedIn profile, dietary preferences, and t-shirt size. We may also collect usage data when you browse our website, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process your registration and send confirmation emails, manage event logistics including badge printing and check-in, send conference updates and relevant announcements, facilitate networking between attendees with your consent, improve our website and services, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information with event co-organisers, platform vendors (ticketing, badge systems), and government authorities if required by law. Sponsors do not receive your personal data without your explicit consent, except for aggregate anonymised analytics.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including TLS encryption in transit and encrypted storage at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised staff only.
