Refund Policy

1. Registration Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event (before July 14, 2026) will receive a full refund minus a ₹500 processing fee. Cancellations made 30–60 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event are non-refundable.
2. Transfers
Registrations are transferable to another individual within your organisation at no charge. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to tickets@aiconferenceindia.com at least 7 days before the event.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If AI Conference India 2026 is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, government directives, etc.), registered attendees will be offered a credit toward a future edition or a full refund at their choice.
4. Booth and Sponsorship Packages
Exhibitor bookings and sponsorship packages are non-refundable once confirmed. Partial credits may be offered at the discretion of the organising committee. Please contact sponsors@aiconferenceindia.com for any exceptions.
