Ticket FAQs
When do early bird prices end?
Early Bird passes are limited to 200 seats and will close once sold out or by June 30, 2026 — whichever comes first.
Is GST included in the price?
Prices shown are exclusive of 18% GST. GST invoice will be provided on registration.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Tickets are transferable up to 7 days before the event. Email tickets@aiconferenceindia.com to request a name change.
What is the refund policy?
Full refunds up to 30 days before event. 50% refund 15–30 days before. No refund within 15 days. See our Refund Policy page.
